Respecting Everyone’s Time

Our stylists at Onyx & Ivy operate primarily by appointment.

This allows us to give each client the attention and care they deserve. It also means there may not always be someone physically at the salon if you stop by.

If you could set your own work hours, you probably wouldn’t work all the time either.

No worries though. We’re always just a message or phone call away if you need us.

Appointments must be booked online through each stylist’s booking site. This system helps enforce policies that protect our time, schedules, and investment in our craft.

Cancellations & No-Shows

We take our schedules seriously, and we ask our clients to do the same.

Late cancellations and no-shows impact both our stylists and other clients waiting for appointments.

Specific cancellation policies may vary slightly by stylist, so please refer to your stylist’s booking page for details.

Of course, we live in Upstate New York. If there’s a snowstorm or true emergency, we understand that life happens.
